At Tu Sei Srl, we're committed to delivering your cosmetic products as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Areas

We ship to:

  • Italy (the entire national territory)
  • European Union

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
  • The email will contain the tracking number to follow the shipment.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Italy:

  • 3-5 business days for most destinations
  • Remote areas or islands: 5-7 working days

European Union:

  • 5-10 working days depending on the destination country

The times indicated are estimated and may vary depending on the courier and exceptional circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Shipping method chosen

Free shipping:

  • For orders over €50 in Italy
  • Special promotions (when active)

5. Couriers

We work with reliable couriers to ensure safe and timely deliveries. The main couriers we use are:

  • Italian Post
  • BRT
  • GLS
  • DHL (for international shipments)

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive an email with the tracking number
  • You can track your shipment on the courier's website
  • You can also check your order status in your account

7. Packaging

  • All products are carefully packaged to ensure integrity during transport.
  • We use safe and, where possible, eco-sustainable packaging materials.
  • Fragile products receive extra protection

8. Failure to Deliver

If you are not present at the time of delivery:

  • The courier will leave a notice of storage
  • You can collect the package at the indicated collection point
  • Or arrange a new delivery

Important: If the package is not collected within the timeframe indicated by the courier, it will be returned to the sender. In this case, we may charge you for reshipping.

9. Shipping Problems

If you encounter problems with your shipment:

  • Damaged package: Report it immediately to the courier and contact us
  • Lost package: Contact us after 10 working days from shipment
  • Incorrect address: Contact us as soon as possible to change the address.

10. International Shipping (EU)

  • For orders to EU countries, there are no customs duties.
  • Prices include Italian VAT
  • Specific local regulations may apply.

11. Holiday Season

During peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.):

  • Delivery times may be longer
  • We recommend that you order in advance.
  • We will monitor for any delays and keep you updated.
