Return and Refund Policy

At Tu Sei Srl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the products by following the instructions below.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for returns, products must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused products
- Original packaging intact and sealed
- Labels and warranty seals intact
- For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic products cannot be accepted if opened.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used cosmetic products, except in the case of defect or non-conformity.
3. How to Make a Return
Step 1: Contact us via email at elisabertaglia23@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, indicating:
- Order number
- Products to be returned
- Reason for return (optional)
Step 2: You will receive return shipping instructions
Step 3: Ship the package to the address we provide you
Step 4: Once we have received and verified the return, we will proceed with the refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using tracked shipping
- Tu Sei Srl is not responsible for packages lost during return
Exception: In case of defective product or error on our part, we will cover the return costs.
5. Refund Times and Methods
- The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in case of defect)
- You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or non-compliant product:
- Contact us immediately at elisabertaglia23@gmail.com
- Send photos of the product and packaging
- We will replace or issue a full refund
- The return costs will be at our expense
7. Products on Offer or Discounted
Products purchased on sale or at a discount follow the same return policy as full-price products.
8. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Customized or tailor-made products
- Products on special "final" offer (if specified)
9. Legal Guarantee
In addition to the right of withdrawal, all products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to the Consumer Code.
